Bundles to suit your requirements
The base package measures the number of customers who enter and exit your store. By connecting this information with your POS system you can answer the following questions in real time:
- Conversion rate – how many visitors become customers?
- Average purchase – how much does each customer spend and on how many items?
- How much time does each visitor spend in-store?
The additional package Zone registers the movements of the customers – what areas do they spend time in and for how long?
Do the customers visit the campaign area in the store? Zone can track how much time customers spend in a certain area of the store, such as campaign areas or locations of specific products.
The additional package Queue registers how long queues to the checkout are and if the checkouts are staffed correctly at all times. By measuring how much time your customers spend in the queue, you can make sure to always have the right amount of staff in place.
In order to optimize staffing, we can create an alert to inform the staff when a new checkout needs to be opened or that staff is required in a certain department. All in order to improve the experience of your customer’s visit.
In addition to the bundles mentioned above, we can of course provide a tailor made solution based on your unique requirements.
World leading technology merged
A camera, an Axis M3006 to be specific, registers movements in the physical space. And in order to get the best possible basic data, we use image interpretation software from Cognimatics. In other words, the camera is used as a sensor. It doesn’t film anything, which means that the visitors are completely anonymous.
The technology lets us know what direction a person is headed and it can also separate individuals from a group of people.
The information is sent to a so called DataCollector, that is capable of receiving basically any type of data (from POS systems, telephone switchboards etc). The data is processed in order to be sent to the Retail Intelligence Platform (Azure).
Retail Intelligence uses Google Analytics to compile and present the data and thereby allowing access to the full functionality for analysis, KPI identification and other powerful tools.
If you are already using Google Analytics to measure your digital channels (website, e-commerce, campaigns) there are obvious advantages to being able to analyze your physical stores/spaces in the same tool.
You can also get a custom designed Retail Intelligence dashboard that you reach by logging in on retail-intelligence.se/en/. This dashboard is perfect for showing real time results in a smartphone or why not on a big screen where all the salespeople can see?
